By accessing the NOXVEX bot, website, or subscribing to any tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

• NOXVEX provides automated, low-latency Telegram telemetry based on publicly available Solana blockchain data.
• We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold custody of funds, or guarantee DEX order fulfillment or slippage tolerance.

• Every paid plan is a one-time payment in USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana, made inside @NOXVEXBot, for the period you choose (monthly, yearly, or Lifetime).
• There is no recurring subscription: no card or wallet is kept on file or charged again on its own. Access runs until the end of the period you paid for, then returns to Free unless you renew.
• NON-REFUNDABLENon-Refundable: Due to the real-time digital nature of proprietary alpha delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable once signal access begins, except where required by law.
• VIP seats are capped to preserve latency; seats are non-transferable.

• All alpha card renders, algorithms, and telemetry data are proprietary to NOXVEX.
• STRICTLY PROHIBITEDStrict Anti-Scraping: Re-broadcasting, reselling, automated scraping, or feeding NOXVEX signals into public Telegram channels, Discord servers, or commercial signal bots without a partner license is strictly prohibited and results in instant termination without refund.

NOXVEX is not liable for Solana network congestion, RPC node latency, Telegram platform downtime, DEX smart contract exploits, rugpulls, or trading losses incurred.

Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer the Rust telemetry engine, execute Sybil attacks on the bot, or bypass rate limits.

Official support is available only through our Telegram support account @NOXVEXSupport. The only official bot is @NOXVEXBot. Anyone else claiming to be NOXVEX is not us.
