• Telegram account details shared with bots when you press Start: your Telegram user ID, username, and display name.
• Subscription records: your tier, the period you paid for, its expiry date, and the confirmed payment transaction.
• Referral activity: who joined through your referral link and the payments that earn commission.
• Bot usage: commands you send, settings such as card theme, and delivery logs needed to run and secure the service.
• Website statistics: when you visit noxvex.pro we count page views, the referring site, country, device type, and which buttons were clicked, using Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not store your IP address; we only see totals.
• Where you came from: bot links on our website carry a short tag such as web_pricing. When you press Start, the bot receives that tag so we know which page brought you in.

• Seed phrases, private keys, or access to your wallets.
• Cookies or cross-site trackers on our website.
• Card details. Plans are paid in USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana; we see the confirmed on-chain transaction, never your card or wallet credentials.

• Deliver alpha cards and the features of your tier.
• Process payments, plan periods, and upgrades.
• Calculate and pay referral commissions.
• ABUSE PREVENTIONDetect signal reselling, scraping, Sybil activity, and rate-limit abuse, as described in Sections 04 and 06 of the Terms of Use.
• Answer support requests sent to @NOXVEXSupport.

• NOT SOLDWe do not sell your personal information.
• Telegram delivers bot messages under its own privacy policy. Payments settle on the Solana blockchain, where transactions are public by design.
• Plausible Analytics processes anonymous, aggregated website statistics for us. No personal data is shared with it.
• Quick-buy links on alpha cards open third-party execution bots. What you do there is governed by that bot's own terms and privacy policy.
• We may disclose information when required by law.

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal obligations, and abuse prevention.

• Stop or block the bot at any time to stop receiving cards.
• Plans don't auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel: access returns to Free when your paid period ends.
• Generate a data export inside @NOXVEXBot, or message @NOXVEXSupport to ask for deletion.
